2. Nanogold in nanobiotechnology
Abstract: Nanogold - the size of the gold particles in the range of 10-9 – 10-6 m This material - one of the first nanomaterials used by mankind. In the V-IV centuries BC, Chinese, Arabic and Indian scientists received nanogold as its colloidal solutions and used as coloring agents, as well as in medicine. In the Middle Ages, colloidal gold has been used successfully for the alchemists of stained glass. Some doctors at the time attributed the miraculous properties of colloidal gold, until the announcement of his panacea and the elixir of youth. These scientific studies of the properties associated with the colloidal gold described in works of Michael Faraday middle of the XIX century.

Abstract: At present, in a world exist many problems of toxicity and biosafety of nanomaterials. Studies the interaction of nanostructures with biological systems is very important problem. Decisions of these tasks necessary in order to identify the relationship between physical and chemical properties of nanomaterials (such as size, shape, surface properties of the composition and the degree of aggregation) with the induction of a toxic response in biological systems.

24. The role of fibroblasts in skin aging
Abstract: In this study, proposed the theoretical analysis and comparison of the initial characteristics of full spectrum of products used in modern cosmetology in order to detecting of most effective of them for the prevention of skin aging and its restore. The key to maintaining and improving the functional activity and the appearance of the skin is protection and stimulation of its cells. In these researches were used models of human skin fibroblast cultures and were chosen two of the most interesting and promising biologically active drugs of different nature.

Abstract: Were conducted researches of toxicity of ethanol on cellular cultures for the purpose of working out of test-system LD-50 for toxicity diagnostics nanocomposits, nanoparticles and nano-coatings. Further it is planned to study of toxic influence of ethanol on mice in vivo for calculation of factor of recalculation of the toxic dose of ethanol, on purpose to use the given model for an estimation compounds in vitro. The given technique will allow quickly and with small expenses to test a huge quantity of samples nanomaterials, for an estimation of their potential toxicity for the person, animals and environment.
