2. Isolation of the terpestacin from the endophytic fungus Drechslera ravenelii

Abstract: In our studies about biprospection in endophytic fungi isolated from Smalanthus sonchifolius, the fermentation in solid medium rice-oat by 720 hours of the fungus Drechslera ravenelii (SS33) led to the isolation of sesterpene terpestacin. The molecule terpestacin has attracted the scientific community attention due to inhibitory activity in the syncytium formation caused by the HIV virus and also by presenting unusual chemical structure. After fermentation in the rice-oat medium, the hydroalcoholic extract was submitted to the liquid-liquid partition with n-hexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and butanol. The dichlorometanic fraction was subjected to chromatographic processes to obtain 19.0 mg of terpestacin. The structure of this compound was were elucidated by detailed spectroscopic analyses. This study reported the isolation of terpestacin from the endophytic fungus Drechslera ravenelii for the first time.

8. The complex of preparations "Golden Mask" containing various forms of nanogold for anti-aging skin treatment

Abstract: It was studied influence of the complex of drugs of "Golden Mask" on the maintenance of collagen, as well as at the number of fibroblasts in skin of mice of the line of Balb/c. Shown that the processing of skin with complex of drugs increase content of collagen approximately on 50% and the number of fibroblasts is increased from 393 to 584 per 1 mm2 of skin. Also, was studied the impact of the complex of "Golden Mask" on the elasticity of the skin and at the amount of the fats of the skin in population of women of different ages. It has been shown that the use of the "Golden Mask" increases the elasticity of the skin and normalizes amount of fats.

17. Development of tools to improve the mechanical properties of skin based on silver-shungit nanocomposites

Abstract: A new biocidal agent shungite-silver nanocomposite obtained by sintering and grinding in nano-mill of shungite and silver. During this treatment, the nanoparticles obtaining a size of 10-50 nanometers. Biocidal properties of nanoparticles are synergistically increasing compared with the biocidal properties of the starting materials . Shungite and silver included in the pharmacopoeia is not toxic and allowed for the oral administration in the dose required for biocidal effect, it was shown in experiments with cell cultures . Thus prepared nanocomposite may be recommended for use in different preparations, for example in cosmetics.

30. Rapid methods for assessing the neurotoxicity of nanoparticles and nanocomposites

Abstract: In order of the increased interest of people toward nanoparticles and nanocomposites, as well as by reason of increasing in incidents of their application in various fields related with humans (cosmetics, household chemicals , etc.) , there is a need to study their biosafety for prevent damage that could potentially be caused by their actions. This study suggests methods for the rapid assessment of biosafety, in particular neurotoxicity of nanoparticles and nanocomposites on models of rats and mouses.

36. Prospects for a comprehensive immunological research of presence of tumor markers in serum of patients at risk for cancers diseases

Abstract: In this manuscript conducted a comprehensive study of the presence of tumor markers CA125, CA19.9, CEA, PSA, AFP, in serum of patients with a risk of cancer. ELISA showed that the risk increased with concentration of tumor markers found in the following proportion: AFP - 87.8%; PSA - 4,9%, CEA - 34,1%; CA125 - 6,09%; SA19.9 - 28.04%.

53. Comparative analysis of primary skin cultures people of different ages in Hayflicks models
Abstract: The aim of this work was to compare the cultural properties of the skin cells of people of different ages . It is shown that the proliferative potential of skin fibroblasts of 90 - year-old patient almost on 3 orders of magnitude lower than patient in 35 years.

58. Prospects for treatment of cervical erosion with drugs containing shungite-silver nanocomposite
Abstract: The treatment of patients with erosion and cervical ectopia by candles containing shungite-silver nanocomposite have rate of 10 days. Objectively in 93% of cases observed normalization of the vaginal flora, relief of inflammatory processes , the overall improvement of patients. Based on these studies it was concluded that using of of candles have the positive effects for treatment of erosion and ectopia , as well as for preparation the vagina for surgery.
